What do you get out of it?
The PRONESTOR DISPLAY application let you use the iPad as a professional display solution outside your meeting and conference rooms. The solution displays the status of your meeting and conference room and lists all today’s
scheduled meetings.

What is needed to get it working?
• You use Microsoft Exchange Server to manage your meeting and conference rooms.
• Each meeting and conference room is setup on the Exchange Server with individual resource mailboxes.

How does it work?
PRONESTOR DISPLAY connects the iPad to your Microsoft Exchange Server and the created resource mailboxes, that
each represent a specific conference room.

One iPad can show bookings and meeting activities of one conference room.

PRONESTOR DISPLAY makes it is easy and quick to setup the iPad for displaying the individual meeting room activities.
You will be up and running in less than five minutes.

How to mount the iPad on the wall?
A simple and stylish custom designed frame makes it possible to mount the iPad securely on a wall.
The frame also ensures that it cant be tampered with and the selected view cant be changed and the
PRONESTOR DISPLAY app can’t be shut down.

What information is displayed?
The following information is displayed on the iPad:
• Room name
• Current time and date
• List of today’s meetings / bookings (max six meetings / reservations is shown at the same time)
- Every meeting / booking is displayed with start and end time of the meeting, name of
meeting owner and meeting / appointment title
- The meeting information displayed can vary depending on configuration of the MS
Exchange Server resource)
• Current Meeting Status
- If the room is in use / busy – red color indication and current meeting details are displayed
- If the room is available / free - green color indication and information about when the
room is available until (time) is displayed

Technical requirements
The following needs to be filled out and configured before the app works:
• Path to Exchange Web Service
• Exchange user account and password
• Exchange room resource e-mail address
• Room name that shall be displayed
• Select screen password - for protection purpose
• Specify refresh rate in minutes
